Parent Talk is a community-based organization helping families children connect, learn, play, and grow together. With that in mind, we offer programming and activities for kids and grown-ups, opportunities to give back to the community, communications and much more.

Communications

Through the Parent Talk newsletter and Facebook pages, members receive real-time event announcements, expert advice, informative reading, ideas for children’s activities, a calendar of events, and more. Our greatest aim is to enable members to connect with each other. Get support, recommendations, tips, tools, tricks from directly from other members in Parent Talk’s Facebook Group.

Community Service

Several times a year, Parent Talk invites members to participate in meaningful community service projects in the communities where we live and work.

Family Events

Parent Talk hosts fun, creative enrichment events for members. While COVID has impacted many of our traditional offerings, we look forward to hosting and planning both adults-only and family friendly events.

Lectures

Combining hot parenting topics with renowned speakers and panels (Dr. Michael Thompson, Dr. Richard Ferber, Dr. Robert Brooks, Parenting on Track, Katie Hurley, Mean Girls) mixed with just enough relaxed social time, Parent Talk has created one of the greatest member and community attractions. Parent Talk lectures are FREE for members.
